To whom it may Concern;
My wife and I moved properties in April of 2007 and subsequently needed to sell our old house.

Colin Breadner approached us after our house had been on the market for 8 months. We had listed our house wiht another company for 3 months then
tried to sell it ourselves for 5 months. Understandably we were a little nervous. We needed to sell our house and sell it quickly. Colin explained that Team Powerhouse work as a team. Team Powerhouse did work as a team. They worked as a team that got results.

Within the first 30 days we had more viewings than 8 months worth of frustration. We had feedback after every showing and some appreciated reassurance from Colin and the whole team. Not only did Colin sell our house well within our contract, but at an amazing price!

The satisfaction that we recieved from Colin and the Powerhouse team was unbelievable. The professionalism that Colin and the team showed was absolutley increadible and I would recommend their services for anyone wanting to buy or sell a property. It was an absolute pleasure and we will only ever use Colin to represent us in the future.

However, we do have a single regret. We wished that we had met Colin a year ago!
